Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed and including the original delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
